All our pieces are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL We do our outmost to mitigate any errors made by sending free mockup/proof for custom text and layouts. We ask all our clients to review the text for spelling, dates and placements and ensure it's all correct.
Once we receive a sign off, additional charges will apply if errors are found on the final piece.
We will only replace or refund if we made the error
All our acrylic products must be handled with care that includes our cake toppers. We do not offer free replacement if the item is accidentally broken from the client.
When ordering online, we DO NOT reference back to email trails. Please make notes within the online order if a special request is made (date requirement etc). Unless it is a custom order, we will send the details within the invoice for review and approval.
